In January 2022 BINIS SA was certified by the international certification body TÜV HELLAS (TUV NORD) S.A. for its environmental management according to ISO 14001:2004, proving its sensitivity for the environment and its protection.
BINIS S.A. with respect and sense of responsibility for the environment, it systematically contributes to its protection, by developing an Environmental Management System, in accordance with EN ISO 14001 in all its fields of activity and by undertaking additional actions, it was led to the acquisition of the specific certification for the integrated quality and environmental management system. ISO 14001 is an internationally recognized standard for environmental management carried out by companies.
It provides instructions and required control points to be applied to all activities that have an impact on the environment. Such activities are the use of natural resources (e.g. water, etc.), the handling and disposal of waste and the consumption of energy. BINIS S.A. continues its environmental activity and invests in the protection of the natural environment.
This certification is its practical commitment to the systematic management of systems and actions that help protect natural resources.
